EquiHaven is provided by TeamWork Dressage. Every new barn starts with a free trial, so you can try everything before paying.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at ljoakleaf@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Barn settings → Subscription. Your barn keeps access until the end of the period you've paid for. See Paddle's refund policy for more details.
