Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and TeamWork Dressage ("we", "us"), the maker of EquiHaven. By creating an account or continuing to use EquiHaven, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
EquiHaven is an online barn management service. Barn owners subscribe to a plan and use it to manage horses, feed, health records, lessons, clients, contracts and waivers. Staff and clients a barn invites can use it at no cost to them.
2. Your account
- You must be of legal age, or have authority to act for the barn or business you sign up for.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse EquiHaven, including:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
- uploading content that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
- interfering with its security, for example by spreading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping;
- reverse engineering, reselling or getting around technical limits of the service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the information you add (horses, clients, documents, photos). You give us a limited permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
5. Our intellectual property
TeamWork Dressage owns EquiHaven, including its software, documentation, name and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under your plan.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
New barns get a free trial. After that, the barn owner pays the plan price shown in the app, billed monthly or yearly until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We work to keep EquiHaven running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using EquiHaven at any time. When an account ends, you can ask us for a copy of your barn's data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Questions? Barn owners can use Message EquiHaven in Barn settings, or email ljoakleaf@gmail.com.
